Eine "Vorverfolgung" ist als ernsthafter Hinweis für die Begründetheit der Furcht vor Verfolgung im Sinne des Art. 4 Abs. 4 Statusrichtlinie und damit als Indiz für eine mögliche Verfolgung anzusehen (vgl. etwa VwGH 12.6.2020, Ra 2019/18/0440).
