Art. 17 Hinterlegung — Gemeinsame Maßnahmen für pflegebedürftige Personen

Diese Vereinbarung wird in einer Urschrift ausgefertigt. Die Urschrift wird beim Bundeskanzleramt hinterlegt. Dieser hat allen Vertragsparteien beglaubigte Abschriften der Vereinbarung zu übermitteln.

Geschehen in Linz, am 6. Mai 1993

Der Burgenländische Landtag hat dieser Vereinbarung am 17. Juni 1993 gemäß Artikel 83 Abs. 2 L-VG die Zustimmung erteilt.

Diese Vereinbarung tritt gemäß ihrem Artikel 14 am 1. Jänner 1994 in Kraft.
