Die Vorschrift des § 44 Abs 2, zweiter Satz, StGB ist im Zusammenhang mit dem Abs 1 des § 44 StGB zu lesen. Daraus folgt, daß auch in bezug auf "eine andere Nebenstrafe" (als den Verfall; hier:

Wertersatzstrafe gemäß § 13 Abs 2 SGG) nicht nur § 43 StGB, sondern auch § 43 a (Abs 1) StGB anwendbar ist.
